We accept orders
in person, by post, by fax, by email, on-line via our web site and by telephone.
Payments: Can be made with credit card or Bank transfer. We also use Google checkout.
All orders
must be pre-paid in full prior to despatch.
Bespoke
items: Bespoke Goods: Any personalised or bespoke items cannot be refunded or credited. Bespoke
furniture is an individual piece of furniture designed specifically for you
the customer. We design with your own measurements and specification. For
this reason we cannot refund on bespoke items. We inspect all items before
they leave the workshop. However, as the materials we use are all natural
products sometimes with leather unseen flaws or weakness's may remain hidden.
However if you find any problems with any of our furniture do please let us
know so that we can sort things out for you. Please be certain of any measurements
given to us, for your orders with our made to measure furniture etc. As we
cannot be held responsible if the measurements that we receive are wrong.
DESCRIPTION
OF PRODUCTS: Whilst we endeavour to make sure that the specification
and description of our products is as accurate as possible we reserve the
right to make changes which by no means affect the quality or performance
of the products offered.
DISCLAIMER: The products offered on our website are for entertainment
purposes only.
LIABILITY: The Company cannot be held responsible for the misuse or incorrect use of
any goods sold on this web site.
Health
and Safety Concerns: Some items that may raise health and safety
concerns if returned unsealed. Items such as latex or nylon clothing, or under
garments. If you order a wrong size which could distort a garment once worn
making it have no resale value. If you have any doubts about quality or suitability
of our bespoke or personal items. Rather than place an order we would prefer
that you contact our sales office to discuss the item.
The following
terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by this site and
orders placed over the phone. Please read carefully and print a copy for your
reference.
Consumer Protection
( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000. Under the consumer protection ( distant
selling ) regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your contract, seven
days starting from the day after the date of receiving the goods, without
giving a reason. The customer has the choice of returning the goods via their
own means ensuring that it will be returned safely and that they keep proof
of delivery ie: reciepts of delivery. We can arrange collection of larger
items, the cost for this collection will be deducted from your refund. Refunds
will be reimbursed within 30 days starting from the cancellation date. Cancellations
must be requested within 7 working days. The 7 day cancellation period for
each appliance commences the day after the day of delivery of that appliance.
However these regulations do not apply to our bespoke furniture range.
We will endeavour
to take all possible reasonable care to keep details of your order and payment
secure. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held
liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
PRIVACY POLICY: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will ask for your name, address
and payment information with regard to your order and we may contact you occasionally
by email about upcoming offers but that is only if you have signed up to our
newsletter. Or if you have already emailed us asking for information. You
are free at any time to unsubscribe from our newsletter mailing list.
We do not sell, trade or rent information
to other companies.
Dispatch Of Goods: Small orders are usually processed within
ten days of receipt. In cases where we do not have an item available, we will
advise the likely delivery schedule, which is usually within 28 days. This
does not always apply to bespoke special order and made-to-measure items.
At the time of ordering these items, we will advise the likely delivery date,
which may be longer than 28 days. Our bespoke furniture is designed and made
as an individual piece of furniture custom made, from the measurements we
receive from you.
Delivery: To UK mainland addresses for orders under 4Kg is usually by Royal Mail Special
Delivery. Orders between 4 and 20Kg are usually sent by Special Delivery,
Parcel Force or Pallet Force. Delivery to EU and all world-wide addresses
is dependent on the size, weight and destination. You will be advised of the
costs prior to dispatch.
For Special Delivery
and overseas a signature is required when the goods are delivered. We are
obliged to send orders to the card holder's billing address. Unless instructed
by you to delivery to a separate address. We will need this in writing. All
goods are sent under plain cover for your discretion. All prouducts are subject
to availablity and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled,
you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund which will be processed
immediately.
Complaints: We take all complaints seriously. If you have a cause for complaint please
write to us at this address.

complaints within a reasonable period of time after recieving you letter and
will keep you informed throughout the process by your request. The present
terms and conditions do affect consumers statutory rights as indicated above.
Returns
Policy: Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within a reasonable
period of time. In cases of goods recieved damaged or faulty please retain
the product together with any packaging and contact us so that we can advise
you of a replacement.
Force
Majeure: Dungeon
Equipment shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this agreement
if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without
limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire,
flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial
action affecting Dungeon Equipment or its suppliers.
We reserve the
right to amend our terms and conditions clauses, our terms and conditions
do affect consumers statutory rights.
